The Buick Verano is a compact luxury sedan four doors and seating for five occupants, which is known for its luxury, comfort and its sculpted design. The GM model is the American version of the Buick Excelle, in its variant GT, a car that is all the rage in China and that in 2011 became the best selling car of the Asian giant with 254,000 units sold. Summer is manufactured on the Delta II global platform of the Chevrolet Cruze, which also use others as the Chevrolet Volt and the Opel Zafira.
The 2012 Buick Verano has as rivals the Acura TSX, Audi A4, BMW 3 Series and the Lexus IS.
